Respected President,

We are writing to you in regard to the upcoming Serbian family holiday, Saint Nicolas, and the upcoming historical day, 19-12-1991, when the representatives of the Krajina Serbian nation declared their sovereignty, based on the Serbian constitutionality in Hungary from 1471, in Austria from 1630, in Yugoslavia from 1918 and in the Yugoslav federal unit of Croatia – from the year of 1945. 
Respected President,
This letter is transmitted to you from the ceremonial conference of the parliament of the Republic of Serbian Krajina – in the name of it’s delegates, the present delegates of the Republic of Serbia, the present Krajina Serbs and others, but also in the name of the expelled Serbs from the Republic of Serbian Krajina and Croatia, who are currently in exile in European and overseas countries.   This letter includes also the greetings from those Serbs who remained under the regime of Croatia and are hoping, along with their relatives in exile, that the international community will be convinced that Croatia conducted crimes of genocide over the Krajina Serbs during WW1, WW2 and the collapse of Yugoslavia, from 1990 to 1995.  The parliament and the government of the Republic of Serbian Krajina are doing everything in their power to internationalize the genocide on the Serbs from the Republic of Serbian Krajina and Croatia. We are convinced that the media’s censorship regarding this topic will end very soon and that  in front of the international court Croatia will be sentenced for the genocide on the Serbs, which took place in the 20th century. The Former fascist allies of Croatia [Italy and Germany] participated in this genocide during WW2 and the NATO-nations alongside the EU from 1990 to 1995.  The United States of America did not validate the Serbian historical rights and allowed Croatia to expelled between 500.000 and 800.000 Serbs. This issue is not allowed to be discussed within the UN-institutions, although  the Republic of Serbian Krajina  was placed under the direct protection of the UN according to CS’s resolution 743/1992 [Vence Plan].   
Currently the media is reporting information of judicial processes from Croatia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Strasburg and other locations. The content of those processes is exposing the fact that Croatia violated the ‘holy’ right of the private property; this because Croatia obtained the private property of the expelled Serbs. Republic of Croatia obligated the Croatian courts to get deeply involved in the violation of the Serbian private property, which is extremely oppose to the international standards.  This Croatian behavior against the private property of other people has been noticed by the juridical experts from the Russian federation, therefore they decided to demand from Croatia to provide a certain part of the pipeline [from Croatia] to the Russian company, which is the major owner of Serbia’s oil industry.
Respected President,
We kindly ask you to protect your health and to be convinced that your nation is with you alongside the members of your family, who are of course also with you and who will surrender this letter to you.  We believe in a future of justice and we hope that the last attitude of the US and Western-Europe towards the Serbs will be classified into a dark page of the history of the Western-European civilization, identical to the classification of Nazi-Germany’s behaviour towards Jews and Roma’s during WW2.  In the upcoming days nobody will take you accountable for anything; the civilization will apologize to you and liberate you from your undeserved punishment.
